🔄 Exchange & Return Policy:

  • We don’t have a return policy at J4 Jackets, but we do allow exchanges for defective items.
  • If a product is defective, J4 Jackets will cover both the shipping to and from the customer.
  • In all other cases, customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
  • If a customer receives a broken item, they must notify J4 Jackets within three days and return the item within the same time frame.

🚚 Shipping Information:

  • We send all of our shipments from our overseas J4 Jackets production facility via international couriers like DHL, FedEx, TNT, or SKYNET.
  • We aim to deliver your products as soon as possible, but delivery may take 7 to 15 business days due to factors beyond our control such as your location, order details, customs, and international situations.
  • Shipments do not include freight insurance.
  • There are no import duties, taxes, or local government fees included in the listed product prices.
  • For detailed information regarding customs duties or taxes, please contact your country’s customs office.

⚠️ Important Instructions:

  • Please carefully look over our size chart and let us know by email. If there are any changes, please be as clear as possible when describing them.
  • We are happy to meet your specific needs, but there will be a $20 extra charge for custom sizes.
  • You might notice that the color of the final product may differ slightly from the picture. This could be due to monitor brightness, type of leather (genuine or synthetic), camera flash, or lighting used during the photoshoot.
  • Only the cities of SAINT PETERSBURG and MOSCOW in the RUSSIAN FEDERATION can receive shipments.
  • If a buyer selects the wrong size, J4 Jackets will not be responsible. Please make sure your measurements are accurate before placing an order.
  • J4 Jackets has its own unique size chart. Do not confuse it with size charts from other countries such as the US or UK.
