Exchange & Easy Return Policy

J4 Jackets offers a simple and customer-friendly return & exchange process under our Easy Return Policy.

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within the allowed return window mentioned on our official Easy Return page.
  • If an item arrives defective or damaged, J4 Jackets will cover all shipping charges for both sending and receiving.
  • In all non-defective cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Any damaged item must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to ship the item back to us.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from our international production facilities through trusted courier services including DHL, FedEx, TNT, and SKYNET.

  • Our standard delivery usually takes 15–20 working days. For more details on Free or Express options, please see our full Shipping Policy.
  • Freight insurance is not included unless specifically arranged.
  • Product prices do not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes. Customers should contact their local customs authority for accurate information.

  • Please review the J4 Jackets size chart carefully before placing your order.
  • If you require size adjustments, please email us with precise and clear instructions.
  • Custom sizes are available for an additional charge of $20.
  • Slight color variations may occur due to monitor brightness, lighting, camera exposure, or leather type.
  • Deliveries to the Russian Federation are limited to Moscow and Saint Petersburg only.
  • J4 Jackets is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
  • Our sizing is unique to our brand and may differ from US/UK size charts—please measure accordingly.
