The Basics We want you to be happy with your jacket. You can request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Please report any damaged or defective items within 3 days of delivery. Once a return is approved, you have 14 days to ship it back to us. Complaints submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
How Refunds Work Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If an item is returned for a refund, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. Each case is reviewed within 48 hours.
Sizing & Exchanges Since our jackets are made to order, we ask that you check our size chart carefully before purchasing. If an item is returned due to an incorrect size selection, a restocking fee may apply, as sizing details are re-verified during the order process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all exchanges.
Condition of Item As part of our verification process, our support team may request photos, measurements, or additional details. No refund or exchange will be approved if the product shows signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
Order Cancellations You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, production begins and a 35% processing fee will be deducted from the refund if a cancellation is exceptionally approved.
